Lay Leadership // Church Council

One thing that makes FBW unique is that we are an Independent Baptist Church. This means that we are able to choose our own governing structure. One section of our governing structure is our Church Council. This group of 11 men and women are voted on by the congregation and represent the congregation in making church decisions. The Council's job is to collectively lead the church through transformational issues, including church vision and values.

If you would like to get in touch with the Council feel free to email them at
